Hello everybody,
   First, I must give a big thanks to this community.
Around 4 Months ago, I found this site and made a lot of search in order to find a WebHost.

   Because it was my first time on webhosting things, I asked some help on this forum and asked a lot of question to 5-6 Webhost Company.
Hostgator was the faster. They were very nice and patient with a beginner like me (They gave me a coupon ^^).
Well, after that, I read some reviews about them and I made my decision to sign with them for a shared plan (swamp plan fits my needs).

   I am a very happy customer since 4 months. For a beginner lke me, the control panel is very intuitive.
The support is also great ! Each time I had a question or a problem, they answered me and solved it very quickly ! (raised PHP memory, solved a Path problem and FTP problem). They are nice and patient. Some time 2 of them answer me at the same time
Hehe, on the ticket history I just found that : One time I write them at 04:57 AM and they answered me at 05:03 AM.

   Well, what next? I am seriously considering taking a dedicated server in 2-3 months with them. I am not a professional to manage a server, I have just some basics on Linux network. I am sure Hostgator will help to make my way on managing a dedicated server if I have a problem.
Well, I think for my first experience with a Webhost company, it's a success.
