1.Yesterdasy, serched lots of information on WHT and decided to choose hostgator

2. Placed the order for its baby plan

3.got a "hostgator order" mail right away. It said my account would be setup up to 20 minutes. Good

4. Paid via paypal

5. Got a "Notification of Payment Received" mail for hostgator right away. Fast.

6. The hostgator website told me I would receive the information of my account within 12 hrs. I had no problem with that. Take your time hostgator.

7. Went to bed

8. There was no email from hostgator this morning.

9. Replied the "Notification of Payment Received" to tell them that I didn't receive anything and asked when my account would be opened.

10. No response from hostgator after more than one hr later

11.I used live chat support. Fast connection and the Tech support was nice.

12. The Tech Support told me they were awaiting my payment. I told her I paid and showed her the "Notification of Payment Received" mail. She said she would make a note on my account with Urgent priority and my account would be activated in 20/30 minutes. Good. very helpful

13. Now, It is about 2 hrs later. I still haven't got any piece of information from hostgator. And I am writing this review.

It seems very hard to become a hostgator customer.
